KVKK – The law on the personal data protection

EXPLANATION OF THE LAW ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION OF WORLD MEDİCİNE İLAÇ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

We, WORLD MEDİCİNE İLAÇ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, do what’s necessary for safety of your data processed within the scope of company activities, for processing and keeping information in accordance with law on the protection of personal data (KVKK) numbered 6698. For what purpose do we collect and process personal data?

Your personal data can be processed according to the article 5 and 6 of KVKK, in the scope of commercial and executive activities of our company and can differ according to quality of these activities. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of duties such as collecting job applications, managing hiring processes, contacting customers and potential customers, arranging and managing organsations and activities; by our field workers and other workers, during company central, factory and branch office activities.

For what purpose your personal data is conveyed to whom?

Your processed data, according to processing purpose, is shared with only company department, authorized persons within this department, formal organization and institutions and our working partners in order to carry out out necessary studies and providing safety. In this direction, your personal data is conveyed to working partners, suppliers, third persons which get service in the frame of company actions, ERP applications and backup systems, within World Medicine.

What is the legal basis and methods of processing personal data?

Your personal data is obtained according to abovemeniomed information; by us, our working partners, service suppliers- third persons, our workers, suppliers and representatives we work with, career sites and similar canals and processed with the purpose of fulfilling article 5 and 6 of KVKK and our legal obligations.

What are the rights of personal data owner?

Personal data owners can apply to our company about the personal data processed in the scope of our company activities, as in the article 11 of KVKK;

  1. To find out if the personal data is processed or not,
  2. If processed, demand information about that,
  3. To find out purpose of processing the personal data and whether it is used according to its purpose or not,
  4. To know third persons internal and external whom the personal data was conveyed,
  5. In the event of personal data being processed deficient or wrong, to demand correction,
  6. According to the terms stipulated by article 7 of KVKK, to ask for deleting or destroying the personal data,
  7. In accordance with clause (e) and (f), to ask for the made processes to be conveyed to the third persons,
  8. As an objection to the personal information disclosure, on condition of being analysed exclusively through automatic systems,
  9. In the event of personal data get damaged by being processed against law, the person has right to demand recover the damage.
